Kayleigh joined the Louth Volunteer Centre in January 2013. Her role includes supporting organisations and volunteers in the North Louth area, assisting in identifying and filling volunteering roles within organisations and helping volunteers to find suitable, fulfilling volunteering opportunities. 

Kayleigh is available every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in Dundalk - by appointment or for a drop-in visit - to meet with any organisation or volunteer who feel they may need support or information. She is also available in Omeath on the last Tuesday of every month, from 10 am to 1 pm. 

 Kayleigh is also the centre's Garda Vetting Liaison Person. She provides access to Garda Vetting services for small organisations that cannot access  a Garda Vetting Liaison Person through their own organisational structures.

Karen joined the Louth Volunteer Centre in May 2008. Central to her work is the aim to provide a free, high quality volunteer placement service in a friendly and professional manner, where volunteering is the focus of her work. She aims to offer professional support and advice to organisations around their volunteering needs, so that they can achieve best practice principles in volunteer management. She also facilitates the National Volunteer Management Training Programme, to organisations working in County Louth.

 Olivia Conlon

Olivia joined the team in January 2022. Her role is to support volunteers and organisations and promote the benefits of volunteering in Louth. Olivia is available in the Dundalk Office every Monday and Wednesday and the Drogheda Office every Thursday and Friday.

 Placement Support

Enda McBride

Enda joined our placement team in the Dundalk office in March 2019. He provides placement support to volunteers in the north of the county. Enda is available in our Dundalk office every Thursday.

Marisa McHugh

Marisa joined the team in January 2020. She works with our placement team to support volunteers in the south of the county to find suitable volunteer roles.

Aleksander Matraszek

Aleksander joined the Drogheda team in October 2021. he works with our placement team to support volunteers in the south of the county to find suitable volunteer roles.

Richard Hanlon (chairperson)

Richard currently works with the Professional Services firm Aon as their Head of Cyber Solutions UK and European Chief Commerical officer. Based in Louth, Richard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Masters in Human Resource Strategies from Dublin City University. Richard has held a number of board roles in the voluntary sector and is currently also Chair of the North-East Regional Enterprise Plan Steering Committee appointed by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Employment

siobhán molloy (secretary)

Siobhán is a Company Executive Director / Creative Director at Horseware Ireland with considerable brand and general marketing experience. Siobhán is also a qualified psychotherapist, with a Masters in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy and volunteers her time in the fields of adolescent and relationship counselling. She also recently completed a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management

mary cleary (treasurer)

Mary was appointed Treasurer at our AGM on the 21st September 2020. Mary is a CPA qualified tax advisor with over 20 years accounts and finance experience in a broad range of sectors. Mary is also an active volunteer, she is a Gaisce Presidents’ Award Leader providing mentoring supports to young people outside of education settings and volunteered at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann through Louth Volunteer Centre.
