Lunch & Learn - New Landscapes: Making changes to take opportunities

Lunch and Learn

We are really aware that you don't have much time these days. We also know that everyone is having to adapt and change what they are doing.

This short workshop looks at how engaging volunteers in new ways could help you overcome current challenges. Tapping into the #VolunteerFromHome trend may present you with an opportunity whether that is in relation to fundraising or your service provision.

The session is designed for you to take a bit of a break whilst learning something new and connecting with like minded organisations. We have guest speakers who will talk about successes they have had over the COVID period.

As it is a 'Lunch & Learn' session we will, where practical, provide a cuppa, snack or bite to eat for anyone who books their place before Wednesday 21st October.

Friday 23rd October 12-1pm

Thank Someone by Nominating them for a Volunteer Ireland Award...!

Volunteer Ireland Awards 2020

Volunteer Ireland Award

Every autumn people from all over Ireland nominate their neighbours, family, friends, colleagues and community supporters for the chance to win a Volunteer Ireland Award.

Why not take the opportunity this National Volunteering Week to recognise someone in your community for the great work that they do!

Last year we had 4 Louth finalists, with Dundalk man Eric Beggs winning the Health and Disability category for his efforts to promote and support Fighting Blindness.

Every nominee will be recognised with a Thank You card whether selected as a finalist or not.
